The price is just one of the reasons that this development is the Investo Property Pick of the Month. From our nationwide property search, there is nowhere else with higher capital growth potential. It's also a lovely place to live with lifestyle high on priorities.

The house and land packages that we have available are in a suburb neighbouring Kingscliff on the NSW far north coast. The median house price in Kingscliff is $993,000, with four bedroom houses averaging at $1,027,500. Blocks of land are selling for between $696,000 and $1,095,000. Right now, there are only six houses in the entire suburb to rent, at an average of $985 per week.

The location is nestled between the Tweed River (the mouth lies further north at Tweed Heads) and a run of beautiful beaches which stretch from Cabarita in the south to Fingal Head in the north.

With over $1 billion dollars in local infrastructure projects about to commence construction, this amazing location known as a holiday and tourist destination, provides investors with a window of opportunity to capitalise. It also has a great reputation for young families and retirees seeking a sea-change.

The beautifully designed four bedroom, 2 bathroom house and land packages that we have available are priced from just $709,300.

Local Infrastructure Projects

The $530m Tweed Valley Hospital will soon commence construction in Kingscliff. This game-changing project will create thousands of well paid local jobs and act as a magnet for retiring baby boomers wanting a sea change.

The Gold Coast Airport, just 20 minutes drive away, is currently operating at capacity and is about to undergo a massive $360m expansion. At the same time, a $50m Rydges Hotel is soon to commence construction at the airport. By 2030 the Gold Coast Airport is expected to be home to over 20,000 full-time jobs.

Byron Bay is a similar coastal village just to the south of Kingscliff in the Northern Rivers region. It recently took the mantle as Australia's most expensive housing market. Its property prices have consistently grown at well above national averages for decades. This trend of high growth looks set to continue due.

Nothing affects property prices more than supply and demand. Land supply in Kingscliff and surrounding suburbs is incredibly tight. Demand is already huge.

Once you add thousands of new highly paid jobs on its doorstep demand will only increase

Quiet simply, the Palms is the place to buy!

The northern beaches of Cairns is the Nation's best location for property investors right now, and The Palms is the premier development in this boom region.

It has the best location being elevated and backing onto the rainforest. It will have amazing facilities with a shopping village, a primary school, parks and green open space, a water park and an expanse of wildlife corridors.

It has taken the developers three years to get planning approval for this unique development to be able to hit the market. There are only 300 lots spread across 85 acres of the best land in The Northern Beaches.  Residents will have an abundance of open space right at their doorstep.  The Palms is also the only Certified Enviro Development project in Far North Queensland.

Sydneysiders and Melburnians, put aside your equally outstanding flat whites for a moment. Stop bickering about whether great beaches beat cool laneways (they do) and desist from debating whether all baristas require waxed moustaches (ideally).

Because Brisbane is closing in on the title of Australia’s best city, and we must join forces to keep this subtropical upstart in its place.

Time  magazine recently named Brisvegas on its “World’s Greatest Places” list, and omitted our cities. It’s a huge shock (and who knew they still published Time  magazine?). But they might be onto something.

Time  points to the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, which will be hosted in the maroon metropolis. Brisbane will do a fine job, even though it’ll baffle the world when rugby league is added to the schedule and Queensland is allowed to field its own team.

Time’s  most radical claim is that Brisbane is worth visiting now, but tourism is surging. Not only did Lin-Manuel Miranda recently drop in to catch Hamilton , but hundreds of Hamilfans flew up to watch his interview with Leigh Sales (presumably unaware that it would subsequently arrive on iView for free).

This small duplex development just a short drive from Hervey Bay on Queensland’s beautiful Fraser Coast, offers an incredible lifestyle at an affordable price. With unprecedented demand and very limited supply, prices look set to skyrocket.

A leading local agent has appraised each side of these duplex's to be worth $665k on completion and rent for $495 per week. So that is massive potentail instant equity of up to $390K on completion, which is incredibly hard to find.
