What is a Rooming House?

As per the Victorian Building Authority, if a property is classed as 1B, you are able to lease out up to 9 bedrooms as long as the total build remains under 300 sqms. Under this Class, and with a corresponding Rooming House License you can up to 9 separate lease agreements.  

For reference, a standard residential rental property is deemed a Class 1A.

Our Rooming Home offer tenants the added advantage of each bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom. 

Each room will lease fro $240 to $300 per week generating $1,200 to $1,500 per week in rent.
