We're thrilled to present to you a Master Planned community like no other. This Estate is not your everyday residential development.

Your Street

The planners have made sure that your street will feel like exactly that — your street. Small enclaves of homes dotted throughout the open space and parkland, all with their own distinct character, will give a sense of communities within a community. But your street will also be doing its bit for the environment with this estate being the first Certified EnviroDevelopment® project in Far North Queensland. EnviroDevelopment® is a scientifically based assessment scheme that independently reviews projects and awards certification to those with outstanding performance across Ecosystems, Waste, Energy, Materials, Water and Community.

Your Central Park

The Jewel in Crown will be the impressive Central Park. Situated, as the name suggests, in the centre of the of the development it will be the largest dedicated park of its kind in the area. The expansive park will stretch across and connect the entire development and will include something for everyone. Adjacent to Enclave One will be an amphitheatre with tiered seating plus BBQ / picnic shelters and a market zone. All surrounded by majestic shade giving fig trees. Nearby will be adventure playgrounds for the kids, an enchanted forest, and a multi-sport hardcourt area, as well as educational botanical nodes and open exercise areas.

Your Natural Environment

No other residential estate in Far North Queensland can boast the natural environment that will envelop your new home. In the shadow of the world heritage listed Macalister Range there will be over 30 hectares dedicated to open space, wildlife corridors and parklands to enjoy. There will be more than 5km of walking and cycling trails that will criss-cross the development through tranquil rainforest pockets, across creeks and large open spaces. All designed to have as little impact as possible on the natural environment. Housing enclaves within are integrated with nature, and have been situated to make the most of the sites existing natural assets

Your Village Hub

At the heart your new community will be The Village Hub, a place for everyone to come together. Imagine weekend markets under the trees with a quiet coffee on the deck overlooking the parklands. It will be a meeting place for family and friends to socialise and relax. Focused on a revitalised renovated clubhouse, the hub will include bars and restaurants, function centres, a convenience store, take-away shops and more.

Your Schools

There are not too many residential estates that boast their very own private school within the precinct. Imagine the safety and convenience of a private Catholic day-care centre and primary school right in the heart of this community. Not only will it be secure, but it will also provide your family with convenience as your family grows. The school will be the newest state-of-the-art primary school with direct links to James Cook University.

Your Waterpark

One of the most exciting precincts in this master planned community is access to the biggest and best waterpark. The Waterpark will be the largest of its kind in North Queensland. Situated at the far corner of the development and screened by large vegetation buffers, it will provide hours of endless fun your entire family throughout the year. With a world class design complete with racer slides and water play areas for children of all ages, the park will be 2 hectares in size.

Quiet simply, the Palms is the place to buy!

The northern beaches of Cairns is the Nation's best location for property investors right now, and The Palms is the premier development in this boom region.

It has the best location being elevated and backing onto the rainforest. It will have amazing facilities with a shopping village, a primary school, parks and green open space, a water park and an expanse of wildlife corridors.

It has taken the developers three years to get planning approval for this unique development to be able to hit the market. There are only 300 lots spread across 85 acres of the best land in The Northern Beaches.  Residents will have an abundance of open space right at their doorstep.  The Palms is also the only Certified Enviro Development project in Far North Queensland.

Sydneysiders and Melburnians, put aside your equally outstanding flat whites for a moment. Stop bickering about whether great beaches beat cool laneways (they do) and desist from debating whether all baristas require waxed moustaches (ideally).

Because Brisbane is closing in on the title of Australia’s best city, and we must join forces to keep this subtropical upstart in its place.

Time  magazine recently named Brisvegas on its “World’s Greatest Places” list, and omitted our cities. It’s a huge shock (and who knew they still published Time  magazine?). But they might be onto something.

Time  points to the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, which will be hosted in the maroon metropolis. Brisbane will do a fine job, even though it’ll baffle the world when rugby league is added to the schedule and Queensland is allowed to field its own team.

Time’s  most radical claim is that Brisbane is worth visiting now, but tourism is surging. Not only did Lin-Manuel Miranda recently drop in to catch Hamilton , but hundreds of Hamilfans flew up to watch his interview with Leigh Sales (presumably unaware that it would subsequently arrive on iView for free).

This small duplex development just a short drive from Hervey Bay on Queensland’s beautiful Fraser Coast, offers an incredible lifestyle at an affordable price. With unprecedented demand and very limited supply, prices look set to skyrocket.

A leading local agent has appraised each side of these duplex's to be worth $665k on completion and rent for $495 per week. So that is massive potentail instant equity of up to $390K on completion, which is incredibly hard to find.
